Efficacy of Pineapple as medicinal plant

Pineapple are fruits that contain lots of vitamins and serves as a medicinal plants. Starting from vitamin A, vitamin C, calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium, phosphorus, dextrose, sucrose and the enzyme bromelain. The enzyme bromelain in pineapple efficacious for anti-inflammatory, helps digestion in the stomach, inhibiting the growth of cancer cells and prevents blood clotting.
Efficacy of Pineapple as medicinal plant

Ananas comosus (L.) Merr. is the Latin name of pineapple, which is a kind of tropical plant from Brazil, Bolivia, and Paraguay. These medicinal plants included in the family Bromeliaceae. Stature (habitus) of low vegetation, herbaceous (chronic) with 30 or more leaves are long, sharp-tipped, arranged in a rosette around a thick stem. Honey-sucking birds (hummingbirds) are the natural pollinators of this fruit.

Pineapple are grown in lowland areas with an altitude of 100-200 m above sea level. In upland areas, these plants can still grow to a height of 1200 m above sea level. Optimum growth of pineapple plants between 100-700 m above sea level.

Efficacy pineapple
