CARROT JUICE & APPLE RECIPES

MATERIALS:
• boiled carrots 1/2 ripe two
• 2 pieces of fresh apple
• Orange juice 1 cup
• Honey to taste
HOW TO MAKE A CARROT JUICE and APPLE:
Cut-up apples and carrots, put into blender Miyako,
mixed with lemon and honey to taste to taste sweet.
Do not forget to put ice cubes stir well until smooth.
Serve in a fresh condition.
